We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Delivery & Assembly Service.
Standard Delivery is free on all orders and includes delivery to the ground floor, lobby, or first accessible dry area. It does not include unpacking or assembly. Delivery will be scheduled with tracking or arranged by our delivery partner.
Delivery & Assembly Service is available for VIP customers or selected items requiring complex setup. This includes in-home assembly by professionals.
A service fee of $50–$100 may apply. Customers can request this service during checkout or by contacting us.
Note: Assembly is scheduled in advance for your convenience. Customers are responsible for preparing the space. Delivery teams are not responsible for moving existing furniture or any potential floor damage.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics.
Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Claims must be submitted to support@roytimber.com with photos of the defect and your order number.
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Note: The return policy applies only to products with defects caused by the manufacturer or damage during shipping.

I can't explain fully how pleased I am with this company. The process from start to finish was fun and engaging. I was involved the whole way through. The wood feels legit and smells like a real wood, none of that nasty chemical scent. If you want something that doesn't look like everyone else's house, get this.
Love this piece! It gives my space such a warm and modern feel. Feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all. The only small issue was one corner had a tiny mark from shipping, but nothing too noticeable. Still super pleased with it.

Really like this low table. Arrived well packaged with great communication. It took me about an hour to put everything together but the process was simple and quick. The pieces come pre-loaded with sticky tape, which makes it easy to assemble

I was looking for a desk that felt substantial and timeless, and this piece exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with clean lines and a rich wood finish that adds character to the room.
Did not know when I ordered it that it was to be made in and delivered from Vietnam. That's fine of course, but it took longer than I expected, and when I realized it was from outside US, I immediately worried that I had been scammed. However, happily that was not the case.
When it arrived it certainly was not a "white glove" delivery. I had to hammer open the quite heavy wooden boxes that contained the components and indeed one of the three containers arrived 2 days after the first two. Either way, it all arrived in the end.
Finally, I had to assemble the coffee table myself and that needed a drill for inserting the screws. I do not own a drill, so I had to ask for one from a neighbour.
All in all a laborious but ultimately worthwhile process.
Yes. Each carved detail is produced by skilled artisans using traditional hand-carving techniques. We do not use automated carving machines for our decorative surfaces.
