Free Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All domestic orders include free standard shipping with no additional delivery charges.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After processing, shipping within the United States typically takes 4–8 business days. Overall, most orders arrive within approximately 9–18 business days from the order date. During peak seasons or unexpected carrier delays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The carrier and service level are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and cannot be chosen at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking details typically activate within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change the shipping address or products in your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that any changes may extend processing time by 1–2 business days.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Issues with Tracking Number

Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to update. If your tracking number does not show movement within 3 business days after you receive it, please contact us at support@roytimber.com for assistance.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your package or arrive damaged, please report this to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and offer a replacement or other solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Late Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time and your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
